The Committee on Government Organization moved to amend the committee substitute for Senate Bill 458 on page 2, section 27, line 22, by striking the semicolon and inserting in lieu thereof a colon and the following words: “Provided further, That for professions regulated by §30-4-1 et seq. of this code, the person shall have completed a clinical hand-skills exam;”.

And,

On page 3, section 27, line 60, by striking out the words “background investigation by the West Virginia State Police under §29-22B-601 et seq. of this code” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “state or national criminal history record check that a board may require pursuant to any provision of this chapter”.
